125cc / 150cc Engine Parts

Is my A.J.S a Euro 3, Euro 4 or Euro 5 model?

It is important to order the correct parts for your A.J.S scooter or motorcycle.
There are important differences between Euro 3 and Euro 4 and Euro 5 parts.
1) Euro 3 models have Carburetters and Capacitor Discharge Ignition (CDI)
2) Euro 4 and Euro 5 models have Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) or Electronic Carburetters and an Engine Control Unit (ECU) to control ignition and fuel management. Exhaust systems are also different between versions.

Tip: Only Euro 4 and Euro 5 models have a Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) on the speedometer. (this looks like an orange engine logo)
