You may return any unwanted, unused goods to us for a full refund, less postage cost within fourteen days of when you receive them.

The goods must be in new, unused condition and in their original unmarked (no oily fingerprints etc) and undamaged packaging and must be presentable for re sale. If you return goods with “fitting marks”, such as marks caused by fitting, fasteners, or tools, we cannot accept them for a refund.

NB: Exclusions are:
Any goods made specifically for you
Any parts that you have fitted and removed that bear the witness marks of having been fitted
Head wear clothing
Neck wear clothing

If you are an overseas buyer you may not return or reject goods because you refuse to pay import taxes or duties and may be charged for return postage costs

Send the goods back with a copy of your invoice, receipt, or order confirmation.

Goods that are returned with no buyer contact details cannot be refunded.

You must pay for the return postage. It is the sender's responsibility to ensure the goods arrive safely.
Always keep proof of posting and send recorded delivery for extra security.
Refunds may take up to three weeks.
